Mission & Vision

Mission: Incorporating African and French traditional and contemporary fashion to inspire a global fashion evolution, fostering innovation in design, branding, and marketing among young designers.

Vision: To establish an international platform promoting emerging fashion brands, creating opportunities for young designers to gain global recognition, and addressing illegal migration through fashion diplomacy.

Objectives

Provide a platform to showcase potential brands and designs internationally.
Create avenues for emerging designers to build relationships with global fashion brands and companies.
Give a voice to fashion designers who returned home after facing challenges abroad, campaigning against illegal migration.
Promote traditional and contemporary fashion trends, unearthing a new generation of designers with innovative mindsets.

Event Activities

Day 1: Welcome orientation for guests and participants.
Day 2: Workshops on Ghanaian traditional fashion (batik, tie-dye, kente weaving) and business ethics for brand maximization.
Day 3: Cultural durbar featuring African Kings and Queens, runway shows blending traditional and contemporary designs.

Impact

The Bercy International Fashion Show promotes cultural exchange, empowers young designers, and champions campaigns like "Desperate No More" to address illegal migration.
