Football Career Development Project

Empowering Ghanaian youth through football, education, and mentorship to achieve their professional dreams.

Mission & Vision

Mission: To identify and nurture football talent in Ghana's rural and urban areas, providing them with the tools, mentorship, and education necessary to excel at national and international levels.

Vision: To create a sustainable platform for young footballers to showcase their talents while promoting education and responsible citizenship through sports.

Objectives

Promote football as a tool for youth empowerment and community development.
Provide technical and emotional support to aspiring footballers in underserved areas.
Organize tournaments and workshops to identify raw talent.
Educate players on financial literacy and career management.

Key Activities

Football tournaments for junior and senior high school students aged 13-17.
Workshops on financial literacy, career development, and responsible citizenship.
Technical training sessions led by professional coaches and resource persons.
Community engagement programs to support young athletes and their families.
